All orders are FOB Shipping Point.

Refunds/Returns: Return authorization required. Balance of order is subject to minimum order amount. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be waived if error is on the part of Fly-Bye Bird Control Products

Freight
All items FOB Bird Busters Products Warehouse, Kirkland, WA unless expressly quoted otherwise.
Return Polic
All returns must be pre-approved. Goods will not be accepted for return after 30 calendar days from delivery. Goods must be in full package quantities and in saleable condition. Unless an error was made by Bird Busters Products, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, freight is nonrefundable.
Claims for damaged goods must be received within three work days receipt of goods, and must be followed in writing, or claims may be repudiated by freight carrier.
Non-Delivery
Please inform of nondelivery within 10 days receipt of invoice, and confirm in writing or claims may be repudiated by freight carrier.
Title To Goods
All goods remain the property of Bird Busters Products until payment is received in full.
